If you have ever lived in Los Angeles or even visited you know literally nobody walks in LA. Everything is a drive, and if it’s not, you still drive. That being said you can imagine the shock to my body after walking 31 miles this week as opposed to the usual under 7 miles I did in LA.
I love it. Truly. I feel good that I’m getting exercise without really having to try. It does however add to the daily exhaustion. When I get home I’m just so tired. It’s something people say you get used to so I hope that’s the case!
