This will be an ongoing list of dialect differences that I need to get used to Pants vs. Trousers 🇺🇸 we use the term pants to describe pretty much any clothing that goes on your legs: jeans, slacks, leggings, etc. 🇬🇧 the term pants is reserved for what Americans call underwear. This can be awkward.
