Saturdays in Hackney you can head towards London Fields and go to Broadway Market! I’ve been trying to keep my step count up on the weekends so I’ve been making an effort to get out and walk to things I want to do and then I’ll take public transport back (if it’s far and if my feet hurt! ha)
When I was here in 2015 and staying with my friend in Hackney we went to the Broadway Market and it was so great so I wanted to go again since I live pretty close. They have gorgeous produce, cheeses, meats, food stalls and some lovely handmade items. I didn’t have a lot of cash and was headed to some stores up on Mare Street so I didn’t buy anything other than a Ham Royale sandwich. Below are some photos from the market. If you’re ever in Hackney on the weekend, this is something worth checking out – especially if you like food, I know you like food.
