Ireland – Northeast to Southwest

Day 1 – Dingle

Day 2 – Cliffs of Moher

Day 3 & 4 – Bushmills, Giant’s Causeway

After we left Giant’s Causeway we went to the famed Dark Hedges – a bit underwhelming but it was a literal 20 minute drive in the right direction from Giant’s Causeway so in that sense it was worth it.

From there we drove though Belfast, and Dublin and back through the center of Ireland towards Kerry. We stayed the night in Ennis which I was pleasantly surprised by. We spent a bit more money and splurged on a hotel for our last night. We had some Irish stew in the hotel’s pub and were treated to some lovely traditional music. After that we wandered to a few more pubs and in everyone there were loads of musicians. It was a good end to a long day of driving.
